During my recent three-week stay at Phonenix House, I found it to be a comfortable and convenient option for accommodation. the location was central, making it easy to access nearby amenities and attractions. the house was clean and tidy, which I particularly appreciated as cleanliness is a top priority for me. the sofas in the sitting room were also showing signs of wear. I would suggest updating the furniture and adding double beds for a more comfortable stay. Overall, Phonenix House offered good value for the price, with its central location and convenient amenities. I would recommend it for those looking for a no-frills, self-catering option in the area. I would consider staying here again in the future if the furniture was updated.
